Amish Pony Mare

Gracie

Meet Gracie, a remarkable pony with a rich history and a bright future. Born in 2008, Gracie is said to be an Amish pony, part of a tradition where the Amish breed their best cart horses to create ponies that are not only easy to handle but also delightful to train for children. This breeding philosophy ensures that ponies like Gracie are both gentle and capable, ideal for young riders. This, along with her outstanding temperament, is why we have chosen to continue the legacy by breeding her and bringing you outstanding, medium-sized, children’s ponies.

Gracie’s journey from an Amish community to a champion show pony is a tale of success and ribbons. Under the care of a skilled young rider, she excelled in competitions, collecting awards and winning hearts until her rider outgrew her. We then had the privilege of welcoming her into our family.

With her striking black and white pinto coloring and her unique left-hanging mane, Gracie is a pony that stands out in any crowd. At 15 years old, she continues to embody the grace and performance of her youth.

Exciting news for Gracie fans—she is expecting a 2025 foal by our stallion Amarok. This upcoming part-bred Welsh foal promises to be something special, with medium size and desirable colors her foal will be popular. If you’re dreaming of welcoming a new pony into your family, consider reserving early to ensure this little one becomes part of your story.

Gracie’s legacy is one of elegance, achievement, and now, anticipation. If her past is any indication, her foal will no doubt continue her tradition of excellence. Contact us to learn more about Gracie and her expected foal, and perhaps add a touch of her storied charm to your life.
