Tinkerbell

Meet Tinkerbell, our rescue pony with a mystery history that tugs at the heartstrings. I was giving pony rides at a Christmas event when a lady, facing tough times, asked if I needed more ponies. While I joked that I thought I needed one in every color, the truth was she needed help. In return for covering her overdue expenses, she entrusted us with Tinkerbell and her buddy Star, who sadly didn’t make it.

Tinkerbell’s journey has been filled with challenges. She was initially given free access to too much pasture, which resulted in laminitis, a disease that deformed her feet. Her new family then faced financial difficulties, and she had to say goodbye as her little girl moved to Montana. Through all her trials, including losing her friend Star, Tinkerbell has shown incredible resilience.

Today, Tinkerbell is a transformed pony. She has become a favorite among our lesson kids and shines during carousel events. Her spirit and courage are truly inspiring, reminding us that with love and care, even the toughest times can lead to new beginnings.
