Jessie McArthur

Howdy, I’m the real-life Jessie the Cowgirl and I run Pony Go Round, the inland northwest’s premiere pony event vendor. I bought my first pony at age eleven and have been “open for business” with equines ever since, whether selling one-dollar rides to the neighbors or giving horseback riding lessons. I bought a carousel and three veteran ponies early in 2020 and since then we’ve added pony parties, a kissing booth, Clyde the donkey will even serve your drinks or adult beverages. I partnered with the incredibly talented artist and photographer Rebecca Wells of Live Click Love, to bring you magical photoshoots. Additionally, I have a dream pony breeding program for families and children dreaming of owning their own perfect pony.

Davie McArthur

I’m thrilled to work alongside my daughter, Davie Joy who was practically born on a horse. Davie heads up our beginner pony lessons, teaching children from age two to twelve, safe handling of horses and how to ride our darling ponies. She cares for the animals even in treacherous weather and trains our ponies from day one. Our dream pony adoptions are made possible hugely because of Davie’s careful attention to our mamas and foals. Lessons - We teach from the ground up, taking your child through safety around the ranch, the animals, to grooming, care of a pony as well as riding games and instruction. They are started on leadline until your child can confidently stop and turn on her own. Helmets are provided unless you have a favorite one you want to bring.
